New Customers
$10 OFF First Appointment A New Client is someone (person) who has never visited Pawfect Friends Aus before, and never brought a dog to us to be groomed (at any Pawfect Friends Aus location) A New Client is not someone of the same household, who is bringing a new dog to us. A New Client is someone who resides at a seperate residence. A New Client is not someone who has brought a previous dog to be groomed, and then recently purchased a new dog. This new dog does not constitute as a new client, as their owner has been to Pawfect Friends Aus before, and there for does not qualify for the New Client Discount. If a New Client books in, and less than 24 hours notice is given to either cancel or reschedule, or they simply don't show up, then that New Client forfeits their New Client discount of $10, and any further appointments will be charged at full price. |
Loyalty Program
We offer a Loyalty Card for all clients, where each visit you receive a Stamp on your card. VIP's will receive a different card (different colour), which offers higher discounts than the everyday client Loyalty Card. The discounts are a single discount. Therefor a client who has 2 dogs does not receive 2 x $10 OFF, they will receive 1 x $10 OFF the total only. This is to keep it fair, as clients with multiple dogs will receive multiple stamps in one visit, therefor reaching discounts much sooner than a client with one dog. It is the clients responsibility to bring their card every time. If you lose your card, you will start again with stamps from the beginning of your card. Stamps are added only at the time of pickup, NO Stamps will be added after your appointment. NOTE: We do not combine any discounts. Therefor, if you have more than 1 Loyalty discount, you may use 1 only at a time. You can not combine a Loyalty discount with a Cash discount, you must chose which one you wish to use on the day. |
